LuminosityItalia has partnered with the Milan-based press agency Studio De Angelis to help with international communications for artistic and cultural events.

Founded in 2002, Studio de Angelis has publicized more than 500 events at the local and national level, as well as national media relations for two authoritative world congresses held in Italy: the 75th International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions, and ‘Afterville. Tomorrow comes Today’, the XXIII World Congress of Architects held in Turin.

Jon Van Housen, founder of LuminosityItalia based in Monza, said the cooperation “is a great fit as Studio de Angelis moves further into the international arena”.

“Our writing, editing and communications skills in English and Italian will augment the fine work that they already do in helping bring a broad range of artistic and cultural events to the public,” he noted.

Other major events represented by Studio de Angelis include the cultural festival La Milanesiana created and directed by Elisabetta Sgarbi, as well as all communications for the AIB Italian Library Association and MAB, an Italian association of professionals working in museums, archives and libraries.

From 2011 to 2013 the agency organized the entire communication campaign for AAM Art Accessible Milan, an international exhibition of contemporary art held at Palazzo del “Sole 24 Ore” designed by Renzo Piano.

Upcoming events include the 24th International Council of Museums to be held from July 3 to 9 in Milan.

In addition to assisting with international press relations, LuminosityItalia has designed and built an all-new mobile-friendly website for Studio de Angelis that went online this week.
